Terms and Conditions for She Leads Accountability Club

Welcome to the She Leads Accountability Club (the “Club”). These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you, as a Member (or prospective Member), and Happy Business Consulting regarding the rights and responsibilities associated with participation in the Club. By joining the Club, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 Eligibility Requirements: The Club is designed for female entrepreneurs and business owners looking for community, accountability, and business growth support. You must be 18 years or older to join.
1.2 Membership Options: The following membership types are available:
- Annual Membership: £39 per month for 12 months.
- Quarterly Membership: £42 per month for 3 months.
- Planning Session Only: £149 per day.
2. Membership Benefits and Features
2.1 Included Services:
- Annual Away Day Review and Goal Setting Session (in-person, including lunch and beverages).
- Quarterly Planning Sessions (in-person, including lunch and beverages).
- Monthly Zoom Group Accountability Call (remote, interactive sessions for ongoing support).
2.2 Templates and Resources: Members will receive access to templates and tools to support their business planning, goal-setting, and strategic growth.
2.3 Access to Events: Annual and Quarterly Members gain access to the Annual and Quarterly Planning Sessions. “Planning Session Only” members have access to that specific day session.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Structure: Payments are due monthly based on your selected membership option. All payments are non-refundable.
3.2 Payment Method: All payments are made via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to deduct applicable fees as scheduled.
3.3 Failure to Pay: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Annual Membership Cancellation: Annual Memberships require a 12-month commitment. Early cancellations may incur a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance for the membership term.
4.2 Quarterly Membership Cancellation: Quarterly Memberships may be cancelled at the end of each 3-month term without additional fees. Cancellations mid-term will not receive a refund for the remaining months.
4.3 Planning Session Only: Planning Session Only bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
5. Attendance Policy
5.1 In-Person Sessions: The Club provides meals and beverages during in-person sessions. Members must notify the Club of any dietary restrictions in advance.
5.2 Zoom Accountability Calls: Members are encouraged to attend monthly accountability calls. Repeated non-attendance may affect the level of support provided.
5.3 Rescheduling and Cancellations: The Club reserves the right to reschedule in-person or virtual sessions with reasonable notice. Any cancelled session will be rescheduled promptly.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Respectful Environment: Members agree to participate in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
6.2 Confidentiality: The Club is a safe space for sharing business ideas and challenges. Members agree to keep discussions confidential and not disclose any information shared by other Members.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Templates and Resources: Any templates, documents, or resources provided by the Club are for personal use only. Members agree not to redistribute, copy, or use these materials for commercial purposes outside of the Club.
8. Liability
8.1 Business Advice: The Club provides general advice and guidance but does not guarantee any specific results or business outcomes. Members are responsible for the actions and decisions they make as a result of participating in the Club.
8.2 Limitation of Liability: Happy Business Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of Club resources, materials, or events.
9. Modification of Terms
9.1 Changes to Terms: The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
